Commonweal and UNC Charlotte sign a business partnership agreement

Charlotte, North Carolina – Commonweal Advisors, LLC has signed an agreement with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to be a university business partner. Commonweal will integrate into the university’s startup incubator located at the Partnership, Outreach, and Research to Accelerate Learning (PORTAL).

Commonweal Advisors, LLC is one of forty-six university business partners hosted in PORTAL. The Partnership, Outreach, and Research to Accelerate Learning (PORTAL) building, located on the UNC Charlotte campus, is a premier workspace and innovation center for regional and global business pioneers. PORTAL was designed to spur business growth and job creation, promote research and innovation, and support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Charlotte region.
